1. Introduction

Welcome to PathORise. Our platform is dedicated to personal progress systems, offering a range of services, digital courses, and merchandise to support your development journey. By using our offerings, you agree to comply with these terms.

3. Services

3.1 Booking: Services such as coaching sessions and live workshops are confirmed upon receipt of full payment.

3.2 Rescheduling: You may reschedule a booked service if you notify us at least 48 hours before the session. Rescheduling is permitted once per booking.

3.3 Cancellation & Refunds: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the session are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are not eligible for refund but may be rescheduled once at no extra charge.

4. Digital Courses

4.1 Access: Digital courses are available upon completion of payment and registration.

4.2 Trial Period: You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase, provided no more than 10% of course materials have been accessed.

4.3 No Refund: If access exceeds the trial threshold, no refund will be issued, as content is considered delivered.

5. Merchandise

5.1 Returns: Physical goods such as journals or tools may be returned in unused condition within 14 days of delivery.

5.2 Process: To initiate a return, contact us via the form. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Upon receiving the item in original condition, we will process a refund of the paid amount within 10 business days.

5.3 Final Sale: Items purchased during promotional or clearance events are marked as final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.

6. Refund Policy

All eligible refunds are issued via the original payment method. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after approval. If a service is canceled or rescheduled in accordance with these terms, any excess payment will be returned. PathORise does not offer partial return of digital content once the trial threshold is exceeded. For merchandise returns, refund of the amount paid will be issued after inspection and acceptance of returned item. Refunds are not available for final sale items.

7. Amendments

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the Republic of India.
